Open Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations. The current tenant-facing page includes Facebook, Stripe, and Venmo QR. Available cards and actions depend on your permissions and connection state.
Read the health label
- Connected: the driver considers its required connection state present.
- Needs Attention: the connection exists but a specific recovery issue is known.
- Not Connected: start the card's connection or credential flow.
- Coming Soon: the provider is displayed but not available.
Read the detail and recovery message instead of relying only on color. A connected label does not guarantee an external provider has approved every account capability.
Common actions
- Connect or update: authorize an OAuth provider or save the card's required credentials.
- Refresh: fetch provider state again; some providers may require a new selection afterward.
- Fix Webhook: repair a supported provider subscription when the card identifies a webhook problem.
- Disconnect: review the confirmation carefully. Local and remote effects vary by provider.
Facebook requires Page access and a selected Page. Stripe is for collecting customer payments. Venmo QR displays a business QR code while Crewvana records the payment manually.
