Open Company Settings
Go to Settings > Company. You need permission to view Settings, and updating values requires Settings update permission.
Information you can manage
- Legal company name, optional DBA name, industry, and entity type.
- EIN, stored encrypted when provided.
- Company phone, including country code.
- Company logo, up to 2 MB.
- One primary business address.
- Whether sales tax is collected by default and the default percentage.
Select Save Changes after reviewing the page. The company phone is also used as an inbound-call fallback. A valid address can help Crewvana detect an initial company time zone, while the authoritative business time zone is managed under Schedule Settings.
Before changing sales tax
The default is used when jobs are scheduled from the control panel. Saving a collect-sales-tax change can queue its application to open jobs, so review existing work and local tax requirements first.
Onboarding note
The business-profile checklist also checks team size, years in business, and referral source saved during signup. Those fields are not currently editable on Company Settings. If they are missing, contact support.
