How progress works

Onboarding reads current workspace data; it is not a list of pages you have visited. A step becomes complete only when its underlying condition is true. If a saved setting later becomes invalid or disconnected, the step can reopen.

Current checklist

  • Verify an Owner email.
  • Complete the stored business profile facts.
  • Configure the company time zone, calendar week, visit reminder, and seven-day operating schedule.
  • Create a non-owner role and have more than one active user.
  • Add the default Crewvana billing payment method.
  • Connect Stripe for customer payments.
  • Optionally connect Facebook, create a Form, and enable the hosted front page.
  • Obtain SMS registration approval.
  • Route at least one phone number to a user or team.

Optional steps

Only Facebook, first Form, and front page can be skipped. Select Skip step in the expanded item. A skipped item counts toward progress and can be restored with Undo skip. Verification, billing, Stripe, SMS approval, and phone routing cannot be skipped.

Onboarding versus activation

Onboarding progress and account activation are related but separate. Subscription, payment, and other activation signals can affect access even when the checklist looks complete.
