Verify Owner Email

Verify the owner's email so onboarding can continue and key account features can be turned on.

What you'll do

Verify the email address on your owner account.

Before you begin

  • Sign in as the owner account.
  • Make sure you can access the owner's inbox.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Onboarding from the sidebar.
  2. In the Verify owner email card at the top, click Verify Email.
  3. On the Email Verification page, request a code (or resend one).
  4. Enter the code and submit.
  5. Go back to Onboarding and check that the step shows Done.

How you'll know it's done

The onboarding step changes to Done after the owner email is verified.

If you get stuck

  • No code received: resend and check spam/junk.
  • Wrong inbox: verify the owner account email address in account settings.
  • Step still looks open: refresh Onboarding.
