What you'll do
Connect your Facebook lead source in Integrations.
Before you begin
- You need access to the Facebook business/page assets being connected.
- You need integration settings permissions.
Follow these steps
- Open Onboarding from the sidebar.
- In Lead Intake, open Connect Facebook.
- You will be taken to Integrations Settings.
- Start Facebook connection and complete authorization.
- Confirm Facebook shows as connected.
- Return to Onboarding and confirm the step shows Done.
Optional: skip this step
This step is optional. Click Skip this step from Onboarding if you want to come back to it later.
How you'll know it's done
The step turns to Done when Facebook is connected.
If you get stuck
- Authorization fails: retry the connect flow and confirm your Facebook permissions.
- Step still open: verify Facebook shows connected, then refresh Onboarding.
