Troubleshoot Missing Facebook Leads

What you'll do

Check connection, permissions, source mapping, and downstream lead handling.

Before you begin

Open Integrations Settings and gather timestamps for recent expected leads.

Follow these steps

  1. Confirm Facebook is connected in Integrations Settings.
  2. Re-auth Facebook if the connection status is stale or unclear.
  3. Verify the correct page/form asset is connected.
  4. Send or identify a test lead from Facebook and note exact time.
  5. Check your lead/contact destination views for the matching timestamp.
  6. If no lead appears, retry authorization and test again.

A new test lead appears in your workspace after connection and mapping checks.

If you get stuck

  • Connection appears active but no data: reconnect and verify asset selection.
  • Intermittent sync: repeat with a controlled single test lead.
  • Still blocked: collect timestamps and contact support.
