Connect Facebook and Confirm Lead Sync

Confirm the selected Facebook Page, cached lead forms, webhook health, and the first authorized lead record without treating provider delivery as guaranteed.

What counts as ready

A connected Facebook card, selected Page, available lead forms, and healthy webhook subscription show that Crewvana is configured to receive supported events. Only a provider-delivered lead proves end-to-end delivery, and that final test must be performed by an authorized human in Meta.

Confirm the Crewvana setup

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Confirm Facebook shows the intended connected Page.
  3. If the integration is waiting for a Page selection, select the Page and Save. Saving also applies Crewvana's current Page webhook field list and refreshes available lead forms.
  4. Use Refresh Integration when you need to refresh provider metadata.
  5. Resolve any Needs attention message. If Fix Webhook is offered, only a User with integration-update permission should run it because it changes the provider subscription.
  6. Open the Contacts or lead-intake destination used by your team and note the latest existing record time before an end-to-end test.

Optional human/provider acceptance test

An authorized person may submit one clearly identified Meta test lead from the intended Page and form. Record the provider submission time and form name, then verify that one matching Contact/lead appears in Crewvana. Do not use a real customer's data for a test without authorization.

This documentation task did not submit a lead or make a provider request. Meta delivery, permissions, and review state remain provider-dependent.

Automation follow-up

A Facebook lead can start an Automation only when all of these are true:

  • the connected Page/form matches the trigger selection;
  • the Automation has a Facebook Lead Received trigger;
  • the draft was explicitly published; and
  • the Automation is active when the event arrives.

Inspect Automation enrollments, executions, and logs instead of assuming a missing follow-up means the lead itself was not received.

If a lead is missing

Use Troubleshoot Missing Facebook Leads. The Facebook card also provides Re-import Leads for bounded 24-hour, 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day recovery windows. Re-import contacts Meta and can create or reconcile tenant records, so review the range and have an authorized integration manager run it.
