Open Billing
Go to Settings > Billing. You need Billing view permission; payment and card actions can require additional permissions.
Invoices
Use Invoices to search platform invoice numbers, filter by status, open invoice details, and review due dates and charges. When an unpaid balance exists and you have permission, Pay Total Due pays the outstanding platform balance.
Payment Methods
Use Payment Methods to add cards stored securely with Stripe for automatic Crewvana platform payments. The default card here is not the Stripe integration used to collect customer payments.
Subscriptions and upgrades
Use Subscriptions to review current and prior platform subscriptions, the actual trial end date, next billing date, estimated amount, and license quantity when available.
Only higher selectable plans appear as self-service upgrades. An upgrade keeps the current billing cycle and updates the Plan and included features immediately. Review the shown price, annual charge when applicable, included features, and user allowance before submitting.
