Understand current plan boundaries, trial behavior, user allowances, and monthly versus annual billing.

Current plan boundaries

  • Starter includes the core field-service workflow but does not include Map, Pipeline, or Automation entitlements.
  • Pro adds Map, Pipeline, and Automation.
  • Scale currently uses the same feature entitlements as Pro and is positioned as a capacity tier with more included users and a lower additional-user rate.

Do not assume Scale unlocks unique routing, analytics, AI, or workflow features unless the current plan page explicitly lists them.

Trials

Current self-serve plans use a 90-day trial. The Subscriptions tab shows the actual trial end date saved for your account; use that date as the authority for your workspace.

Billing cycles

  • Monthly: the monthly price is charged each month.
  • Annual: pricing may be displayed as a monthly equivalent, but the full 12-month amount is charged for the annual commitment.

The current pricing catalog and your saved subscription determine actual amounts, included users, additional-user rates, and availability. Review Crewvana pricing for the current public catalog and Settings > Billing > Subscriptions for your account.
