Add a Default Billing Payment Method

Add a default payment method so billing charges can be processed without interruption.

What you'll do

Save a default payment method in Billing Settings.

Before you begin

  • You need billing permissions.
  • Have a valid payment card ready.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Onboarding from the sidebar.
  2. In Business Setup, open Add a default billing payment method.
  3. You will be taken to Billing Settings - Payment Method.
  4. Add and save a payment method as default.
  5. Return to Onboarding and confirm the step shows Done.

How you'll know it's done

The step turns to Done after a default payment method is saved.

If you get stuck

  • Billing tab unavailable: confirm your account has billing access.
  • Step still open: refresh Onboarding after saving the card.
