Before you begin
You need permission to view Billing and manage payment methods. This card pays Crewvana platform charges; it is separate from the Stripe integration used to collect customer payments.
Add the card
- Open Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.
- Select Add Payment Method.
- Enter the name on the card and card details in the secure Stripe form.
- Select Save Payment Method.
- Confirm the card appears in the Payment Methods list and is identified as the default.
- Return to Onboarding. The payment-method step should show Done.
If it does not save
- Check the card details and try again.
- Confirm the workspace has a platform subscription.
- Ask an administrator to verify your billing permissions.
- Refresh Onboarding after the card appears in Billing.
