Check the Crewvana connection
- Open Settings > Integrations.
- Confirm Stripe shows Connected and displays the expected account name or identifier.
- If it shows Needs Attention, follow the card's recovery message, refresh, or reconnect with the correct account.
- Open the Stripe Dashboard link from the Crewvana account menu to inspect the connected account directly.
Check payment and payout readiness in Stripe
Crewvana's connection status confirms that an account is linked. Stripe remains the authority for identity verification, bank details, payout schedules, reserves, capabilities, and other account requirements.
In Stripe, review any required actions and confirm the account is permitted to accept the payment methods your business intends to use. A Crewvana Connected label alone does not guarantee payout eligibility.
Keep two billing paths separate
- Stripe integration: collects money from your customers through Crewvana jobs, invoices, and payment links.
- Crewvana Billing payment method: pays your Crewvana platform subscription and related platform charges.
