Crewvana asks for account linking
If OAuth sign-in is valid but your local Crewvana account or tenant grant is missing or disconnected, open the direct Connect Crewvana link returned in the chat. Verify your account, select the intended tenant, and confirm. Another provider sign-in cannot complete this local step.
The link expired or was already used
Ask Crewvana in ChatGPT to connect your account again. Use the new ten-minute, single-use link. Close an unfinished window to cancel; no connection is created until confirmation. Do not share connection links.
ChatGPT asks for sign-in or reconnect
Normal renewal is automatic. If renewal cannot restore authorization or sign-in was revoked, use the host's Connect or Reconnect prompt. Then retry the request. Crewvana cannot replace the OAuth credentials stored by ChatGPT or construct the host's callback flow from Profile.
If reconnect repeats, verify the intended account and tenant and contact support. Avoid disconnecting a working connection as a routine troubleshooting step.
Additional access is requested
Review and approve the specific additional access in the OAuth prompt, then retry. If the prompt repeats or consent is unavailable, contact support to review provider client and tenant role access. Repeated sign-in cannot expand an administrator restriction.
Permission, assignment or plan access is denied
Ask your Crewvana administrator to review your current permissions, assignment, plan and saved tenant grant restrictions. These checks apply on every call. Connecting or signing in again does not grant Crewvana business permissions.
The wrong account or tenant is selected
Choose the intended connected account in ChatGPT. If provider sign-in selected the wrong tenant, use its supported connection flow for the intended tenant and request a fresh Crewvana link. Sign in to Crewvana with the account originally linked. Crewvana rejects conflicting stable account or tenant bindings; contact support if they need review.
No tenant is available or access was revoked
An administrator must restore active tenant membership, activation or tenant preparation as appropriate. Revoked tenant organization access requires administrator review. Request a fresh link after access is restored.
Too many requests or a temporary service failure
Wait for the indicated retry interval, or retry later for a temporary outage. Contact support if the problem continues. Reconnecting does not repair a rate limit or service failure. A failed request does not prove a business action succeeded; check its result before attempting another consequential action.
After recovery
Return to the original chat and retry the request if the client does not resume it automatically. Any resumed consequential action still requires a current exact confirmation and current permissions.
