Before you connect
Crewvana is available only where it has been enabled for your ChatGPT account or workspace. Public directory publication is still pending. For an authorized private setup, the MCP server is https://support.crewvana.com/mcp.
Use the Crewvana account and tenant you intend to work with. Your administrator must prepare tenant access and your membership must be active. Administrators manage tenant setup in Settings > Integrations > ChatGPT. Your own connection controls are in Profile > Connected Apps > ChatGPT.
Connect your account
- Select Crewvana in ChatGPT and use its Connect prompt when sign-in is required.
- Sign in with the identity authorized for the intended Crewvana tenant and review the requested access. Choose that tenant in the provider flow when prompted.
- Ask Crewvana in the chat: Connect my Crewvana account and check my current tenant.
- If a Crewvana connection link appears, open it. Sign in to Crewvana with the intended account, verify the displayed identity and access, explicitly select the same tenant, and confirm. The link lasts ten minutes and works once.
- Return to ChatGPT and retry your request. Check the reported tenant before using business records.
Your Crewvana password stays with Crewvana. The confirmation page describes the scopes from the verified sign-in that requested the link. Current Crewvana permissions, assignment, plan and saved tenant restrictions may further limit access.
Connecting permits authorized tool requests. It does not approve a consequential business change, start monitoring or enable automatic replies. Consequential actions retain their exact confirmation.
Normal renewal and return to the chat
Routine token renewal happens automatically when the host has valid refresh credentials. Interactive reconnect is needed if renewal fails or authorization was revoked; additional scopes may need separate consent.
Crewvana provides a direct confirmation link for local account or tenant linking while OAuth sign-in is valid. ChatGPT owns its OAuth prompt and return navigation. If your client does not return to the original request automatically, return to the chat and retry it.
Private setup for authorized testers
Use OAuth and the MCP resource above. Include offline_access in the client's base scopes and use the exact callback displayed by that client. Provider offline access and authorized tenant role access must also be configured. Keep an existing working app unchanged and contact Crewvana support for setup failures.
