What you'll do
Submit and track SMS business registration from start to approval.
Before you begin
- Gather your legal business name, EIN, website, and use-case details.
- Make sure you can access SMS Business Registration.
Follow these steps
- Open Onboarding and go to the Messaging section.
- Click Get SMS registration approved, or go directly to SMS Business Registration.
- Complete each section carefully, especially business identity and messaging use case.
- Submit the registration.
- Revisit SMS Business Registration to monitor status changes.
- Return to Onboarding and confirm the step shows Done when status is approved.
How you'll know it's done
The onboarding step completes after registration status is Approved.
If you get stuck
- Pending too long: review your entries for missing or inconsistent business information.
- Rejected status: correct the flagged fields and resubmit.
- Step still open: refresh Onboarding after status changes to approved.
