What you'll do
Review phone-number routing assignments and fix missing or invalid destinations.
Before you begin
Open Phone Number Routing Settings.
Follow these steps
- Open Onboarding and locate Route at least one phone number.
- Open Phone Number Routing Settings.
- Find numbers with no assigned user/team routing.
- Edit each affected number and set a destination user or team.
- Save changes and retest call/text behavior.
- Return to Onboarding and confirm the routing step is Done.
How you'll know it's done
At least one number has a valid routing destination and onboarding marks the step complete.
If you get stuck
- No assignable users/teams: create or activate users first.
- Step still open: re-open the number and confirm routing persisted.
- Intermittent failures: verify number status and provider setup.
